Based on its location within each building,
there will be 3 models to choose from. Though they all have the
same interior floor plan and improvements, they each have their
own advantages and disadvantages.
The Terrace
All 2nd level units (12 units) will be called
‘The Terraces’
Advantages - Vaulting in living room and dining
room, no noise from upstairs neighbors, and the best views and privacy
from balconies
Disadvantages - Stairs will be a problem for
pet owners and a problem for ADA Buyers.
The Gardens
All rear facing, lower level units (6 units)
will be called ‘The Gardens’. They will have an 18x6
ft. concrete patio added in addition to the current patio.
It will include a planter area as well (see appendix 5, Garden Layout).
Advantages – No stairs, a place for pets,
more private exterior living, excellent for ADA Buyers
Disadvantage – Potential upstairs noise,
no vaulting, less sunlight
The Patios
All front facing, lower level units (6 units)
will be called the ‘The Patios’. They will have
the pre-existing porch area included with their home.
Advantages – No stairs, a better place
for pets, more sunlight, excellent for ADA Buyers
Disadvantages – Potential upstairs noise,
no vaulting, less exterior living |
